Yes, the parking permit application form must be turned in each fiscal year. The fiscal year begins July 1 and ends June 30.
ECU uses a virtual permit system that validates your permit with your license plate.
No, current ECU faculty and staff are ineligible for patron parking permits.
No, current students are ineligible for patron parking permits.
The patron permit grants you parking privileges in Zones A1, A3, B1, B3, or C.
No, Patron passes do not replace parking passes to attend athletic events.
No, hourly fees for the parking deck are not included with the Patron Pass.
Yes, you can use the Patron Pass for a rental car. Since permits must include vehicle information to be issued, submit the Patron Parking application with your rental car’s information once you pick up the car.
